Ingredients
Maine Lobster Meat
1 CUP, CUT INTO BITE-SIZED CHUNKS
Artichoke Heart
1 CAN (APPROX. 10-12 TO A CAN) - IN WATER OR MARINATED - DRAIN ARTICHOKES AND CUT INTO CHUNKS
Parmesan Cheese
½ CUP, GRATED
Romano Cheese
½ CUP
Fresh Garlic
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED
Dry Mustard Powder
1 TABLESPOON
Cream Cheese
8 OUNCES, (NOT LOW-FAT)
Mayonnaise
½ CUP 1 CUP
Dry Vermouth
3 TABLESPOONS
Directions
Step 1:
Place the artichokes and Maine Lobster in a medium bowl.
Step 2:
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Blend with a fork until all the ingredients are smooth and creamy.
Step 3:
Add the artichokes and Maine Lobster. Blend them in trying not to break them up much. (It will taste better to leave them somewhat in tact.)
Step 4:
Bake in a pan at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. It should be lightly browned and bubbling.
Step 5:
Serve with nacho chips, on crackers, or in a bread bowl. All are wonderful!
