Former longtime Editor-in-Chief of Food & Wine, Dana Cowin, travels from New York City to the coast of Maine to get a taste of Maine New Shell Lobster. There, she teams up with two women who’ve grown up in Maine’s hard-working lobster industry. Krista Tripp and sternman Merritt Carey show Dana how to pull traps, fish for Maine lobster and then join her in the kitchen to cook up a feast.
