

Ingredients
2 6-8oz Maine lobster tails, thawed or 4 split Maine Lobster tails
1 cup, crushed ritz crackers
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 small onion, diced and sautéed
2 tbsp chopped parsley
4 tbsp melted butter
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup white wine
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions
- Defrost frozen Maine lobster tails or split tails by leaving in refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking, preheat oven to 450-degree
- Sautee onions until soft
- Trim lower shell on both
- Remove center and loosen tail meat
- Add seasoning, onions, parsley, and butter to crumbled crackers
- Stir to combine
- Place mixture on top
- Gently stuff
- Add wine to pan
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Squeeze lemon on top and enjoy!
