Baked Stuffed Maine Lobster Tails

This versatile Baked Stuffed Maine Lobster Tails recipe works great with frozen or fresh products and is sure to be your go-to recipe to impress guests. This recipe features frozen Maine Lobster tails, but split tails can also be used.


2 6-8oz Maine lobster tails, thawed or 4 split Maine Lobster tails

1 cup, crushed ritz crackers

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1 small onion, diced and sautéed

2 tbsp chopped parsley

4 tbsp melted butter

Salt and pepper

1/3 cup white wine

Lemon wedges for serving


  • Defrost frozen Maine lobster tails or split tails by leaving in refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking, preheat oven to 450-degree
  • Sautee onions until soft
  • Trim lower shell on both
  • Remove center and loosen tail meat
  • Add seasoning, onions, parsley, and butter to crumbled crackers
  • Stir to combine
  • Place mixture on top
  • Gently stuff
  • Add wine to pan
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes
  • Squeeze lemon on top and enjoy!
