Ingredients
Whole Maine Lobster
2, 1.5 OR 8 TO 10 OZ LOBSTER MEAT (TAILS AND CLAWS) MEAT CUT INTO LARGE 2 INCH CHUNKS
Yellow Pepper
½ JULIENNED
Carrots
2, PEELED AND CUT INTO SLICES ON THE BIAS
Mushrooms
1 CUP SLICED
Scallions
3 LARGE CUT INTO ½ PIECES
Baby Bok Choy
2 MEDIUM QUARTERED
Cilantro
FOR GARNISH
Sesame Oil
3 TBS
White Wine Or Vermouth
2 TABLESPOON
Soy Sauce
½ TBS
Oyster Sauce
½ TBS
Directions
Step 1:
In a wok heat the sesame oil, sautée the pepper and carrots for 3 minutes.
Step 2:
Add mushrooms and scallions and sautéed until soft (about 4 minutes).
Step 3:
Add the baby bok choy stirring until the leaves get wilted and dark
Step 4:
Add wine, soy and oyster sauce
Step 5:
Continue to sautee for another 3 minutes
Step 6:
Add the lobster and toss just to warm up
Step 7:
Off heat add cilantro (leaves or chopped)
