Luke’s Grilled Lobster Tails

Servings 1 tail per person

Ingredients

Maine Lobster Tails

FRESH OR FROZEN (1 TAIL PER PERSON)

Directions

Step 1:

Thaw tails if frozen

Step 2:

Split tails and clean the digestive tract

Step 3:

Skewer

Step 4:

Sprinkle sea salt on meat side

Step 5:

Place on a hot grill shell down; baste meat side with butter (liberal amounts) for approximately 3 mins

Step 6:

Flip and grill meat side (3 mins)

Step 7:

Flip and grill meat side down until meat is opaque and loses its translucent (approximately 3-5 mins)

Step 8:

Serve & Enjoy!
