4 lettuce leaves or more as needed
12 ounces fresh picked Maine Lobster meat cut into bite size pieces
1 cup spicy cocktail sauce (recipe below)
Lemon wedge (garnish)
Chopped parsley (garnish)
1 cup horseradish
1½ cups ketchup plus 2 tablespoons
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Arrange lettuce leaves on four chilled plates. Top with 3 ounces of fresh Maine Lobster and spoon cocktail sauce on the side. Garnish with lemon wedge and chopped parsley.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
