Maine Lobster Meat
ABOUT 4 OUNCES OF SLICED (TAILS, KNUCKLES, CLAWS – WHATEVER YOU’D PREFER!)
Avocados
2 RIPE
Kosher Salt
1/2 TEASPOON
Red Onion Or Green Onion
2 TBSP TO 1/4 CUP OF MINCED OR THINLY SLICED
Serrano Chiles
1-2 STEMS AND SEEDS REMOVED, MINCED
Cilantro
2 TABLESPOONS (LEAVES AND TENDER STEMS), FINELY CHOPPED
Freshly Grated Black Pepper
A DASH
Tomato
1/2 RIPE SEEDS AND PULP REMOVED, CHOPPED
Tortilla Chips
Fresh Lime Juice Or Lemon Juice
1 TBSP
Directions
Step 1:
Cut avocados in half. Remove seeds and scoop out flesh. Place flesh in bowl.
Step 2:
Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado.
Step 3:
Sprinkle with salt and lime (or lemon) juice.
Step 4:
Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato, cilantro, black pepper, and chiles.
Step 5:
Garnish with sliced Maine Lobster meat and serve with tortilla chips.
