Ingredients
Maine Lobster Tails
2 6-8OZ, THAWED OR 4 SPLIT
Ritz Crackers
1 CUP, CRUSHED
Old Bay Seasoning
1 TSP
Onion
1 SMALL, DICED AND SAUTÉED
Parsley
2 TBSP CHOPPED
Salt And Pepper
Lemon Wedges
Butter
4 TBSP MELTED
White Wine
1/3 CUP
Directions
Step 1:
Defrost frozen Maine lobster tails or split tails by leaving in refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking, preheat oven to 450-degree
Step 2:
Sautee onions until soft
Step 3:
Trim lower shell on both
Step 4:
Remove center and loosen tail meat
Step 5:
Add seasoning, onions, parsley, and butter to crumbled crackers
Step 6:
Stir to combine
Step 7:
Place mixture on top
Step 8:
Gently stuff
Step 9:
Add wine to pan
Step 10:
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Step 11:
Squeeze lemon on top and enjoy!
