Purchase Luke’s Maine Lobster Cakes
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Working in batches if needed, add the lobster cakes in a single layer and air fry for 14-16 minutes, until golden and warmed through. The internal temperature should register 165 degrees.
Set aside cakes on a plate and prepare the remoulade.
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.
After mixing the ingredients, give the sauce a taste and adjust the flavors if needed.
For best results, let the sauce rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before using it to allow the flavors to meld together.
