5-6 lobster tails or 1 lb of lobster meat

1/3 cup
1/3 cup
1 1/2 cups
1 1/2 cups
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1-2 Loaves

Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2:
Freshly shred all your cheeses – this is key for a cheesy and creamy baked mac.
Step 3:
Add your Maine Lobster tails in boiling water for about 7-10 min or until they turn a bright red color. Take them out and transfer to ice water bath so they don’t continue to cook and to cool down the shells.
Step 4:
Cook your pasta in the same water as the lobster one minute shy of al dente (about 10 minutes) and set to the side.
Step 5:
While your pasta cooks, cut your lobster tail, take out the meat, cut into pieces and set aside.
Step 6:
On medium heat, melt butter in a saucepan. Add in your flour. Whisk in flour until the mixture thickens & your roux is made.
Step 7:
Gradually whisk in your seasonings, cream and milk slowly. Then gradually whisk in your cheeses (set a bit of cheese aside for the end) until sauce is thick and smooth.
Step 8:
Pour your sauce on your pasta noodles and add in your Maine Lobster meat.
Step 9:
Cut a hole in the middle of your bread bowl and remove some of the bread to fit in your pasta.
Step 10:
Add the rest of your cheese on top and bake until cheese melts (about 5-10 minutes).
Step 11:
Enjoy!
