Directions
Step 1:
Defrost whole frozen Maine Lobster meat by leaving in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to use, pat dry
Step 2:
Add 1-2 TBSP of mayonnaise
Step 3:
Season to taste
Step 4:
Add lemon juice
Step 5:
And lemon zest
Step 6:
Mix in fresh chives, stir to combine
Step 7:
