Maine Lobster Risotto Bites with Calabrian Chili Aioli

Maine Lobster Risotto Bites

1 box frozen

Calabrian Chili Aioli
Mayonnaise

1/2 CUP

Calabrian peppers

2 minced (seeds removed for less heat)

Garlic

1 clove (grated or minced)

Capers

1 TBSP (minced)

Fresh lemon juice

1 TBSP

Lemon zest

1/2 TSP

Dijon mustard

1 TSP

Salt and pepper

to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Purchase Maine Lobster Risotto Bites.

Step 2:

Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees.

Step 3:

Spray the basket with cooking spray and add the risotto bites. Cook for 7-8 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Step 4:

Meanwhile, add mayonnaise, peppers, garlic, capers, lemon juice, and lemon zest to a bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Step 5:

Enjoy risotto bites with Calabrian chili aioli on the side for dipping!
