

Dressed Maine Lobster

Ingredients
1 2-pound Maine lobster
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp high-quality extra virgin olive oil
Pinch each of chopped parsley, tarragon and minced chives
Cracked pepper + fleur de sel
Directions
Boil lobster for 8 minutes, cool on the counter top and chop into chunks.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and reserve.
